What does Om mean?

What is Om?…
The Om symbol (ॐ) is a sacred sound and spiritual icon representing the essence of the universe and ultimate reality.

It embodies the cycle of creation, preservation, and destruction, symbolizing a state of oneness and peace.

It is considered to be the greatest of all the mantras or sacred formulas.

This mystical syllable represents all that is, all that was, and all that ever shall be.

It represents the universal connection we all have to one another.

Saying “OM” is actually a form of meditation.
Repetition of “OM” enables us to maintain mental and emotional calmness, overcome obstacles and enables a greater awareness of our connection to all life.
